La demanda se rechazó porque en el escrito de corrección el actor no cumplió con las condiciones necesarias para que pudiera admitirse la misma y, en consecuencia, persistieron las deficiencias advertidas en la inadmisión.
Encontró la Sala Plena que el recurso impetrado no satisfizo el requisito de carga argumentativa y que el demandante reiteró las razones expuestas en la demanda inicial y en el escrito de subsanación, sin evidenciar yerro, olvido o arbitrariedad en la providencia cuestionada.
Con base en lo anterior, se RECHAZÓ la súplica invocada en esta oportunidad.
